#082 – Girl at Peace in the Moonlight

In Psalm 72 verse 5 it says,
In his days may the righteous flourish,
and peace abound,
till the moon be no more.
I’ve found that many of the landscapes I have painted give a sense of peace which is one of the fruits of the Spirit. I think we all crave peace especially after our ‘war’ on Covid.
At home we had another verse of the bible on display for many years from the gospel of John chapter 14 verse 27 which says,
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
My wife and I often travel down to Lepe beach and enjoy looking at the sea. Kathy says she always finds a sense of peace there. Highly recommended!
