#001 – Walking Tynemouth Sands SOLD

June 1981
My first watercolour painted from a photograph taken in the North East. I was at Swansea University at the time so on holiday back home. The girl was a girlfriend at the time and the dogs called Penny and Mandy belonged to my family. Whilst I realise this is a naïve painting I am pleased with the motion, perspective and bearing of the participants.
